Any idea what the name of the health food store was where you found the vegan cheeses and baguettes? I would love to do something similar for lunch one day but there are a ton of health food stores listed on HappyCow and there's no way to know which has what. Great food, but the crazy culty Sri Chinmoy stuff kind of weirded me out. I think my favorite restaurant in Paris has to be Le Grenier de Notre Dame. Granted, it's vegetarian not vegan, but I was able to order fine w/the broken French I remembered from 2 years of college classes and the food was absolutely amazing.
