If we are All One then Yes we are Eating and Killing eachother and no one is Innocent of Violence or Aggression towards animals , people or sentient beings as u like to say , Buddhist jargon. Milarepa and naropa ate Fish heads, Ram ate Deer in the Vana , Buddha ate whatever was Offered and Christ ate Meat , People continue to this day the Ceremony of Eating Flesh an Blood in Ceremony. THe Life Force , Prana Energy , All Can be Done with Awareness and COmpassion without being afraid. Organsims are constantly dying and Living in your own Body.
