He’s not vegan, but in the interview with him that is linked to in this post (by clicking on his photo), he says that he plans to go vegan along with his wife. He also says about veganism:

“Veganism is hard. It separates you from a lot of social occasions. … Eating as a vegan would preclude a lot of restaurants and a lot of occasions.”

I still wanna read his book though.

This is nice, but I was trying to figure out if he actually advocates for veganism? I first heard about him a few weeks ago when Martha Stewart mentioned he would be on her show (Nov. 2nd I think?) and I did some research to find out what he was all about. I just hope it’s not another Michael Pollan, choose “ethical” animal products kind of thing.
