I too find &quot;nasal irrigation&quot; to be a life-saver in NYC&#039;s craptastic air, but I use a Nasaline (same concept as the neti pot, but you don&#039;t have to tilt your head; you just lean over your sink).  Use a neti pot or Nasaline right before a hot shower, and you&#039;re good all day. No meds required.  :-)</description>
