I too find "nasal irrigation" to be a life-saver in NYC's craptastic air, but I use a Nasaline (same concept as the neti pot, but you don't have to tilt your head; you just lean over your sink). Use a neti pot or Nasaline right before a hot shower, and you're good all day. No meds required. :-) Great piece, Matt!
