I've been going for a year and it's the highlight of my week. They have an amazing all-vegan cafe/restaurant to eat at, teachers and classes are wonderful, and they actively encourage veganism as one of their five principles! I personally feel like a completely different person when I'm practicing than when I'm not. When I make my trek to California, I'll have to check out this studio.
