I made pancakes in a blender and so can you! Get these super-fluffy classics by easily pouring it straight from your blender. 

Simply blend:


  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 1/2 cup dry oats 

  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour 

  • 1 tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

  • 1 Tbs sweetener (I used @beefreehonee

  • Dash of cinnamon 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • Blueberries


  1. Blend all ingredients IN A BLENDER (aside from the blueberries) until smooth (if you want purple pancakes, blend some blueberries in with it)!

  2. Pour into 6” circles on a med-hot, lightly oiled or nonstick skillet.

  3. Sprinkle in 10 blueberries per pancake while the pancake is still raw!

  4. Cook on each side, flipping first when bubbles have formed, about 2 minutes each side.

  5. Serve hot with vegan butter, extra berries & maple syrup.
